Gibna Wi Bateegh (cheese And Watermelon)

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups chopped feta
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 watermelon (cubed)
  • olive oil (as needed)
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme (or zattar)
  • 4 loaves pita bread

Recipe

  • 1 in a serving platter scatter the feta.
  • 2 layer the tomatoes on top.
  • 3 drizzle with a couple tbs of olive oil ( use more or less depending on your liking/ health consciousness)
  • 4 sprinkle with zattar or thyme.
  • 5 arrange watermellon around the cheese and tomato.
  • 6 warm the pita under the broiler (care full not to burn) for just 2 minute.
  • 7 enjoy!
