- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 4 slices toast, cubed
- 1 cup rhubarb, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 mix eggs and milk together.
- 2 add toast, rhubarb, sugar and cinnamon.
- 3 pour into buttered casserole.
- 4 bake at 350 for one hour, or until custard is set.
