Rhubarb Bread Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 4 slices toast, cubed
  • 1 cup rhubarb, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 mix eggs and milk together.
  • 2 add toast, rhubarb, sugar and cinnamon.
  • 3 pour into buttered casserole.
  • 4 bake at 350 for one hour, or until custard is set.
