Ingredients

- 2 (13 ounce) cans quartered artichokes (not marinated)
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 cups mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 tear apart or roughly chop artichokes, being careful to remove any tough leaves.
- 2 place artichokes in an oven safe bowl or shallow baking dish.
- 3 mix in remaining ingredients.
- 4 bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 5 serve with toasted bread or tortilla chips!
