Quick And Easy Creamy Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (13 ounce) cans quartered artichokes (not marinated)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 tear apart or roughly chop artichokes, being careful to remove any tough leaves.
  • 2 place artichokes in an oven safe bowl or shallow baking dish.
  • 3 mix in remaining ingredients.
  • 4 bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 5 serve with toasted bread or tortilla chips!
