Pineapple Pie With Shortbread Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 398 ml crushed pineapple
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- shortbread pie crust
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 teaspoons icing sugar
Recipe
- 1 mix flour, butter and icing sugar and press into a 9 inch pie plate. bake 20 minutes at 350°f.
- 2 cook crushed pineapple, corn starch, salt and sugar until thick. add butter and lemon juice. when cool pour into the cooked pie crust.
