Polish Tuna Melt Sandwich

Ingredients
- 12 ounces canned tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 4 large green olives, garlic stuffed and diced (we like mezzetta)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon pepperoncini juice
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 12 slices italian bread
Recipe
- 1 preheat broiler.
- 2 mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl. taste and adjust as desired.
- 3 spead tuna mixture on 6 slices of bread and cover with cheese slices.
- 4 spread a little mayo on other 6 slices.
- 5 place all 12 slices on a baking pan and broil until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
