Pineapple Bread Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 10
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 6 pieces stale bread, cubed
• 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple
• 1 pinch salt

Recipe

• 1 beat margarine and sugar.
• 2 add eggs.
• 3 mix in pineapple.
• 4 fold in bread cubes.
• 5 pour into a well buttered baking or casserole dish.
• 6 bake at 375 deg. f. for 45min.
• 7 check with toothpick or cake tester in center it should come out clean.
