- 1 opossum
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 red pepper pod
- bread dressing (with sage or oysters)
- 4 sweet potatoes
Recipe
- 1 the carcass can be trimmed of some of the fat. it is better when aged a few days and soaked in salt water for a day.
- 2 to cook parbroil in water to which one red pepper pod has been added.
- 3 par broiling may remove some of the fat.
- 4 remove the meat from the water.
- 5 stuff with dressing.
- 6 bake with sweet potatoes around it.
- 7 don't ask me how long to cook and i'm not worried about adding it since no one will probably ever be make.
