Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup creamed corn
- 3 eggs
Recipe
- 1 turn oven on to 300 degrees.
- 2 in large bowl mix together dry ingredients, first 5 ingredients.
- 3 in smaller bowl mix together wet ingredients, last 4 ingredients.
- 4 add wet ingredients to larger bowl of dry ingredients.
- 5 mix well.
- 6 grease an 8-9 inch cast iron pan with pam.
- 7 pour batter into pan and bake for 1 (one) hour.
