Moist Cornbread

Total Time: 24 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 24 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup creamed corn
  • 3 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 turn oven on to 300 degrees.
  • 2 in large bowl mix together dry ingredients, first 5 ingredients.
  • 3 in smaller bowl mix together wet ingredients, last 4 ingredients.
  • 4 add wet ingredients to larger bowl of dry ingredients.
  • 5 mix well.
  • 6 grease an 8-9 inch cast iron pan with pam.
  • 7 pour batter into pan and bake for 1 (one) hour.
