Quickie Olive Oil Biscuits

Ingredients

- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 place flour in a small bowl.
- 2 make a well and add olive oil and milk and stir until blended and soft dough is formed.
- 3 add more or less milk to adjust consistency.
- 4 do not overwork or biscuits will be tough.
- 5 drop soft dough from spoon onto baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- 6 bake in a preheated 400-degree oven until golden, about 10 minutes.
