Quickie Olive Oil Biscuits

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 place flour in a small bowl.
  • 2 make a well and add olive oil and milk and stir until blended and soft dough is formed.
  • 3 add more or less milk to adjust consistency.
  • 4 do not overwork or biscuits will be tough.
  • 5 drop soft dough from spoon onto baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray.
