Pineapple Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/4 lb butter, melted
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 put cubed bread into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  • 3 add sugar to beaten eggs; add pineapple and stir well.
  • 4 add melted butter and mix again.
  • 5 pour mixture over bread cubes and stir to coat well.
  • 6 bake for 40-60 minutes.
