Pineapple Bread

Ingredients

- 1/4 lb butter, melted
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten well
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 put cubed bread into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- 3 add sugar to beaten eggs; add pineapple and stir well.
- 4 add melted butter and mix again.
- 5 pour mixture over bread cubes and stir to coat well.
- 6 bake for 40-60 minutes.
- 7 this casserole is good with ham or served as a breakfast casserole.
