Lite Spinach-artichoke Casserole

Ingredients

- 1 (12 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, water packed, chopped
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 4 ounces light cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/4 cup ritz cracker, crushed (or bread crumbs)
Recipe
- 1 cook and drain spinach thoroughly. drain and chop artichokes.
- 2 to spinach and artichokes, add all other ingredients except breadcrumbs.
- 3 pour mixture into a sprayed 8x8 or 9x9 pan. cover with foil.
- 4 bake 400 degrees 20 minutes. uncover; top with crushed crackers. bake an additional 5 minutes until bubbling.
