Jarlsberg Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated jarlsberg cheese (about 8 ounces)
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • coarse salt, to taste
  • ground pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 mix the cheese, mayonnaise, onion, and parsley together. season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 2 optionally, garnish with parsley sprigs.
  • 3 serve with crackers or bread (i usually serve it with wheat thins).
