Eggs & Olives

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 2 large eggs
  • 5 pimento stuffed olives (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
  • 1 slice toasted bread
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 melt margarine in large skillet.
  • 2 drop in unbeaten eggs and cook until whites are partially set.
  • 3 stir until whites are set.
  • 4 salt to taste.
  • 5 remove from stove and add sliced olives.
  • 6 serve on toast.
  • 7 garnish with parsley.
