- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 2 large eggs
- 5 pimento stuffed olives (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
- 1 slice toasted bread
- salt
Recipe
- 1 melt margarine in large skillet.
- 2 drop in unbeaten eggs and cook until whites are partially set.
- 3 stir until whites are set.
- 4 salt to taste.
- 5 remove from stove and add sliced olives.
- 6 serve on toast.
- 7 garnish with parsley.
