Raisin Bran Bread

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup all-bran cereal
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 -1 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325.
- 2 grease bottom only of a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
- 3 topping--------.
- 4 in a small bowl, combine oatmeal, brown sugar, and butter mixing till crumbly; set aside.
- 5 batter---------.
- 6 in a large bowl mix together flour, oatmeal, bran cereal, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- 7 stir in milk, eggs, and oil; mixing just to moisten.
- 8 fold in raisins.
- 9 spoon into prepared pan.
- 10 sprinkle evenly with topping.
- 11 bake for 1 hour and 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- 12 cool on rack 10 minutes.
- 13 remove from pan.
- 14 cool completely.
