Pan Dulces

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 egg yolks

Recipe

  • 1 heat the milk in a small saucepan until it bubbles, then remove from heat.
