French Toast

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 40 g butter (for pan)
- 4 slices bread (thick)
Recipe
- 1 break eggs into a wide shallow dish and add the milk and vanilla extract.
- 2 beat mixture with a fork.
- 3 dip the bread into the egg mixture; let the excess run off; place in a buttered pan.
- 4 cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 5 when it is golden underneath, turn the bread over and cook other side.
- 6 transfer the french toast to a plate.
- 7 when done, serve with ground cinnamon or sugar.
