Pumpkin Gingerbread Bars (paleo)

Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- 3 put the mixture in an 8x8 baking dish, greased with coconut oil.
- 4 bake at 350 for 30 mins or until a toothpick stuck in the middle of the dish comes out clean.
