- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 1/3 cups pamelas ultimate baking and pancake mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease a large loaf pan.
- 3 beat together butter, sugar, egg and pumpkin.
- 4 add remaining bread ingredients.
- 5 pour into prepared loaf pan.
