Ingredients

- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple slices or 1 (20 ounce) can sliced fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup pineapple preserves
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 8 slices raisin bread
- 1/4 cup honey, warmed
Recipe
- 1 drain pineapple slices, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
- 2 beat the cream cheese and juice till light and fluffy.
- 3 fold in the preserves.
- 4 toast the raisin bread.
- 5 top each slice of bread with the cheese mixture.
- 6 top each of these with 1-2 slices of pineapple.
- 7 drizzle each slice with warm honey.
