Grilled Spinach, Pepper Jack And Bacon

Ingredients

• 8 slices multigrain bread
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 cup basil pesto
• 8 slices cooked bacon
• 4 slices monterey jack pepper cheese
• 1 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves

Recipe

• 1 bush one side of each slice bread with butter. spread tops of bread slices with pesto. top with bacon, cheese and spinach.
• 2 grill 3-4 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.
