Ingredients

- 8 slices multigrain bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- 4 slices monterey jack pepper cheese
- 1 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves
Recipe
- 1 bush one side of each slice bread with butter. spread tops of bread slices with pesto. top with bacon, cheese and spinach.
- 2 grill 3-4 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.
