Ingredients

- 1 medium size cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill
Recipe
- 1 puree the cucumber in a blender until chunky but not liquefied.
- 2 stir in the yogurt and dill.
- 3 cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- 4 serve with raw vegetables, pita bread or spicy foods.
