Cucumber Dip With Fresh Dill

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 medium size cucumber, peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill

Recipe

  • 1 puree the cucumber in a blender until chunky but not liquefied.
  • 2 stir in the yogurt and dill.
  • 3 cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • 4 serve with raw vegetables, pita bread or spicy foods.
