French Toast

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 slices bread

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla.
  • 2 heat frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • 3 dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and flip it so that both sides of the bread are coated.
  • 4 fry until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
