French Toast

Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 slices bread
Recipe
- 1 whisk together cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla.
- 2 heat frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 3 dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and flip it so that both sides of the bread are coated.
- 4 fry until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
