Ingredients
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in bowl.
- 2 dip each slice of bread in mixture for about 3 seconds on each side.
- 3 place in a medium heated skillet.
- 4 cook 2-3 minutes on each side.
