Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup bread flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1 tablespoon fat-free half-and-half
- 1/8 cup water
- 1/8 cup buttermilk
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients together in a larger bowl. (flour, baking soda, and baking powder).
- 2 mix liquid ingredients together in a smaller bowl. (egg substitute, half-and-half, water, buttermilk).
- 3 pour liquid ingredients into larger bowl with dry ingredients and knead/mix until doughy.
- 4 roll and cut into biscuits and bake until well browned at 350 degrees.
