Idave's Egg Biscuits

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free half-and-half
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1/8 cup buttermilk

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients together in a larger bowl. (flour, baking soda, and baking powder).
  • 2 mix liquid ingredients together in a smaller bowl. (egg substitute, half-and-half, water, buttermilk).
  • 3 pour liquid ingredients into larger bowl with dry ingredients and knead/mix until doughy.
  • 4 roll and cut into biscuits and bake until well browned at 350 degrees.
