Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup irish cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 -10 slices raisin bread
- butter (for frying)
- cinnamon (optional)
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs, milk, liqueur, sugar, vanilla, and butter in a large bowl until smooth.
- 2 dip bread quickly into egg mixture, and pan fry in hot butter until golden brown on both sides.
- 3 sprinkle lightly with cinnamon, if desired.
- 4 serve hot with syrup.
- 5 makes about 4 servings.
