Mixed Mushrooms On Toast

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 60 g butter
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 500 g button mushrooms, halved
  • 500 g cups mushrooms, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • 1/2 cup dry wine
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • toast, to serve

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in large pan.
  • 2 add onions, garlic, thyme and all mushrooms, cook, stirring till browned.
  • 3 stir in mustardand wine.
  • 4 simmer uncovered about 8 minutes till sauce slightly thickend.
  • 5 stir in sour cream.
  • 6 serve on toasted bread.
