Mixed Mushrooms On Toast

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 60 g butter
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 500 g button mushrooms, halved
- 500 g cups mushrooms, quartered
- 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
- 1/2 cup dry wine
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- toast, to serve
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in large pan.
- 2 add onions, garlic, thyme and all mushrooms, cook, stirring till browned.
- 3 stir in mustardand wine.
- 4 simmer uncovered about 8 minutes till sauce slightly thickend.
- 5 stir in sour cream.
- 6 serve on toasted bread.
