Easy Hummus Pizza

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated personal-size pizza crusts or 1 pita bread, round
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • sliced grape tomatoes
  • kalamata olive
  • sauteed onions and garlic (optional)
  • goat cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • basil leaves (small handful)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • 2 brush pizza crust with olive oil.
  • 3 mix hummus and lemon juice together and spread onto crust.
  • 4 top with tomatoes, olives, onions/garlic, and goat cheese. salt and pepper.
  • 5 bake until crust is crisp (about 10 minutes).
  • 6 top with fresh basil leaves.
  • 7 enjoy.
