Easy Hummus Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated personal-size pizza crusts or 1 pita bread, round
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- sliced grape tomatoes
- kalamata olive
- sauteed onions and garlic (optional)
- goat cheese
- salt and pepper
- basil leaves (small handful)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- 2 brush pizza crust with olive oil.
- 3 mix hummus and lemon juice together and spread onto crust.
- 4 top with tomatoes, olives, onions/garlic, and goat cheese. salt and pepper.
- 5 bake until crust is crisp (about 10 minutes).
- 6 top with fresh basil leaves.
- 7 enjoy.
