Rhubarb Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Recipe
- 1 can use cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- 2 beat together 1 cup brown sugar, sugar and oil.
- 3 add egg and beat well.
- 4 sift flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon then add to first mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
- 5 add vanilla and nuts; mix well.
- 6 stir in rhubarb.
- 7 put into greased pans.
- 8 blend topping together and sprinkle on top of batter.
- 9 bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees or until done.
