Pineapple Bread

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 mix together butter and sugar.
  • 2 add eggs and pineapple, mix well.
  • 3 add in flours, soda, and salt, blend together.
  • 4 add vanilla.
  • 5 pour into greased & floured loaf pan.
  • 6 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
