Individual Spinach Pizzas

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 3 pita bread, whole wheat
  • 4 1/2-6 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and sqeezed dry
  • 6 ounces gorgonzola, block broken into chunks

Recipe

  • 1 pre heat oven to 400°f
  • 2 spread 1 ½ to 2 tablespoons pesto sauce on each pita.
  • 3 divide spinach equally amongst all three pitas.
  • 4 top each pita with 2 ounces of chunked gorgonzola.
  • 5 bake 10 minutes.
