Ingredients

- 3 pita bread, whole wheat
- 4 1/2-6 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and sqeezed dry
- 6 ounces gorgonzola, block broken into chunks
Recipe
- 1 pre heat oven to 400°f
- 2 spread 1 ½ to 2 tablespoons pesto sauce on each pita.
- 3 divide spinach equally amongst all three pitas.
- 4 top each pita with 2 ounces of chunked gorgonzola.
- 5 bake 10 minutes.
