Ingredients
- 4 cups pumpkin puree
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon clove
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 cups flour
- 1 cup nuts
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350. oil 4 one pound coffee cans.
- 2 mix ingredients as listed. fill cans half full with batter. bake for 1 hour. cool in cans. store with plastic lid.
