Pumpkin Bread In A Jar

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 ounces flour
- 1 3/4 ounces pumpkin, powder
- 2 1/4 ounces sugar
- 1 1/4 whole wheat flour
- 1/2 ounce instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
Recipe
- 1 festively layer in a 16 oz canning jar. tapping jar to pack each layer before adding the next.

- 3 1 jar pumpkin bread.
- 4 1 large egg, slightly beaten (or 2 small).
- 5 .75 cup plus 1 tbs water.
- 6 .33 cup vegetable oil.
- 7 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 8 combine contents of the jar with water, eggs and oil. stir until the mixture is just blended. do not over mix.
- 9 place batter into greased pan or muffin tins 3/4 full.
- 10 bake for 15-18 minutes or until done.
