Pumpkin Bread In A Jar

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 ounces flour
  • 1 3/4 ounces pumpkin, powder
  • 2 1/4 ounces sugar
  • 1 1/4 whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 ounce instant nonfat dry milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger

Recipe

  • 1 festively layer in a 16 oz canning jar. tapping jar to pack each layer before adding the next.
