Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 5 cups flour
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 (13 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix flour, cinnamon, cloves, sugar, salt and soda in a large bowl.
- 3 in a medium bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, egg, and oil with electric mixer; only mix until just blended slowly add flour to liquid mixture with hand mixer just until blended nicely.
- 4 divide mix into 3 lightly buttered loaf pans.
- 5 bake for 1 hour.
- 6 cool in pans on wire racks.
- 7 turn out over wire rack and store.
- 8 should enjoy within 4-5 days.
- 9 can be frozen if you desire to keep for a later date.
