Pumpkin Bread (less Sugar And Less Oil - Still Amazing!)

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg or 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups and 3 tbs. flour
- 1/3 cup water or 1/3 cup apple juice
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 cream sugar, oil and applesauce together.
- 3 add eggs. mix well.
- 4 add spices, vanilla and pumpkin.
- 5 mix flour, baking soda and salt.
- 6 alternately add flour mixture and water or apple juice. mix well.
- 7 pour into 3 greased small bread loaf pans or 1 greased large bread pan.
- 8 bake at 350f degrees for 30 minutes for smaller loaves or 45-55 minutes for large loaf.
