Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup marmalade
- 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 ounce brandy
- 1 loaf french bread (10-12 inches)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate
Recipe
- 1 mix eggs, milk, sugar, marmalade, orange juice concentrate and brandy in a large bowl with an electric mixer cut bread into 1" thick slices and dip into the custard mixture.
- 2 place the pieces in a flat pan 1.
- 3 5-2" deep.
- 4 pour remaining custard mixture over the top.
- 5 cover with foil and refrigerate overnight, turning bread once.
- 6 spray electric skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
- 7 heat to 225-275f and cook bread for 30 minutes on each side.
- 8 serve with orange cream.
- 9 orange cream.
- 10 beat ingredients together until thick.
