Corn Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, not drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box cornbread mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together and pour into a well greased 8 x 8 pan.
  • 2 bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
