Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, not drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box cornbread mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together and pour into a well greased 8 x 8 pan.
- 2 bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
