Corn Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 -3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened (i prefer butter)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cornbread mix
  • 1 (4 -6 ounce) can diced green chilies

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • 2 pour into 2 quart casserole.
  • 3 bake at 350°f for 55-60 minutes or until set and golden brown.
