My Own Egg Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 12 eggs
  • 10 ounces rotel
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 lb velveeta cheese
  • 6 slices bread
  • 1/4 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 make rotel dip by melting cheese and rotel in microwave.
  • 2 brown sausage and add to cheese mixture.
  • 3 scramble eggs.
  • 4 spray casserole dish with pam and put egg in dish.
  • 5 pour rotel cheese on top.
  • 6 put bread in food processor and process until crumbs.
  • 7 melt butter in skillet.
  • 8 mix bread crumbs with melted butter and put on top of casserole.
  • 9 bake at 300°f until bubbly.
