My Own Egg Casserole

Ingredients

- 12 eggs
- 10 ounces rotel
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 lb velveeta cheese
- 6 slices bread
- 1/4 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 make rotel dip by melting cheese and rotel in microwave.
- 2 brown sausage and add to cheese mixture.
- 3 scramble eggs.
- 4 spray casserole dish with pam and put egg in dish.
- 5 pour rotel cheese on top.
- 6 put bread in food processor and process until crumbs.
- 7 melt butter in skillet.
- 8 mix bread crumbs with melted butter and put on top of casserole.
- 9 bake at 300°f until bubbly.
