Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 mix together butter and sugar.
- 2 add egg substitute and pineapple, mix well.
- 3 add in flours, soda, and salt, blend together.
- 4 add vanilla.
- 5 pour into greased & floured loaf pan.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
