Honey Moist Cornbread

Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 400*f.
- 2 grease a 9 inch baking pan, set aside.
- 3 in a bowl mix together, cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder, using a wire whisk, give it a couple of swirls to blend the dry ingredients.
- 4 add remaining ingredients and mix until moistened.
- 5 pour into greased pan.
- 6 bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted into center comes out dry.
