- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all meatball ingredients
- 2 except butter.
