Hot Savoury Eggs

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 6 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 tablespoon ham, minced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • 1 cut the eggs length wise
  • 2 take out yolk and mash with the ham butter salt pepper and parsley
  • 3 put back in egg and put two halves back together.
  • 4 roll in flour
  • 5 roll in beaten egg
  • 6 then bread crumbs
  • 7 drop in hot oil
  • 8 fry until golden.
