Easy Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

- 4 cups peaches, chopped (fresh or canned)
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
Recipe
- 1 line bottom of 1 1/2-2 quart casserole dish with the chopped peaches, and cover them with bread crumbs.
- 2 beat the egg, add melted butter, flour and sugar, mix well and pour evenly over bread crumbs.
- 3 bake in preheated 350 degree (fahrenheit) oven 20-30 minutes or until bread topping is golden brown.
