Easy Peach Cobbler

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 cups peaches, chopped (fresh or canned)
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Recipe

  • 1 line bottom of 1 1/2-2 quart casserole dish with the chopped peaches, and cover them with bread crumbs.
  • 2 beat the egg, add melted butter, flour and sugar, mix well and pour evenly over bread crumbs.
  • 3 bake in preheated 350 degree (fahrenheit) oven 20-30 minutes or until bread topping is golden brown.
