Poached French Toast

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 loaf rustic french bread, sliced
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 1/2 cups half-and-half cream
• 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

• 1 dredge bread in egg and half and half mixture.
• 2 pan fry in butter until brown.
• 3 bake in oven@ 350 for 8 minute.
• 4 top with orange honey butter.
