Parsnip Pie

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • parsnip
  • butter
  • dried breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • 1 peel and cook parsnips (the amount required).
  • 2 strain and mash well with a little butter.
  • 3 place in a buttered pie dish and smooth down with a knife.
  • 4 while hot spread a knob of butter over and sprinkle with dried breadcrumbs.
  • 5 put in a hot oven or under a grill until golden brown about 10 minutes,
