Maple Toast Egg Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 bread, slices (day old)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 eggs
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spray a muffin pan with a non-stick spray.
- 3 cut the crusts off the bread.
- 4 mix the butter and maple syrup together and brush both sides of the bread with the mixture.
- 5 place the bread in the muffin pan to form cups.
- 6 crack open the eggs and drop one egg into each cup.
- 7 bake until egg is cooked to your liking (12 to 14 minutes for soft yolks).
- 8 note: eggs will be more cooked on the bottom.
