• 1 egg
• 1 slice bread
• butter
• 1 slice ham, baked
• 1/4 cup havarti cheese or 1/4 cup monterey jack cheese or 1/4 cup swiss cheese, shredded lightly packed

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven or toaster oven to 400*f (205*c).
• 2 poach egg in simmering water.
• 3 while egg is cooking, toast and butter bread. put ham slice on toast and warm in oven.
• 4 when egg is cooked, place on ham and sprinkle with cheese to cover.
• 5 put in oven to melt cheese.
