Linda's Caramel Monkey Bread

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 3 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 separate biscuits and roll in a mixture of 1/2. c sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
  • 2 place in a bundt pan ~ set on end.
  • 3 melt together the ice cream, 1/2 cup oleo, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup sugar.
  • 4 pour mixture over biscuits in bundt pan.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • 6 cool 10 minutes before inverting pan and removing this treat.
