Linda's Caramel Monkey Bread

Ingredients

- 3 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 separate biscuits and roll in a mixture of 1/2. c sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
- 2 place in a bundt pan ~ set on end.
- 3 melt together the ice cream, 1/2 cup oleo, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup sugar.
- 4 pour mixture over biscuits in bundt pan.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
- 6 cool 10 minutes before inverting pan and removing this treat.
