Grandma's Egg In A Basket

Ingredients

• 1 slice bread
• 1 egg
• 3 teaspoons butter
• 2 teaspoons jelly (your choice)
• salt
• pepper
• 1 teaspoon catsup (optional)

Recipe

• 1 toast the bread (yes, otherwise the egg is over done before the bread is browned).
• 2 heat your frying pan to medium high.
• 3 with a biscuit cutter cut the center out of your slice of toast.
