Ingredients

• 2 lbs whole milk ricotta cheese
• 1/2 lb orange marmalade
• 3 large eggs
• 8 slices bread
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 -2 teaspoon lemon juice

Recipe

• 1 turn on oven to 350 f.
• 2 blend cheese, marmalade, and eggs together.
• 3 taste the batter. add vanilla extract and lemon juice if needed.
• 4 butter a 10 by 10 casserole dish.
• 5 lay 4 slices of bread down on dish.
• 6 cover bread with batter.
• 7 lay down next 4 slices of bread.
• 8 pour in the rest of the batter.
• 9 bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
